Karen Mueller, CNP, CLC, is a graduate of the MGH Institute of Health Professions and is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a focus on women’s health. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor assisting new moms in need of nursing support. She is also certified as a first assist in obstetrical surgery, primarily Cesarean sections.
Before receiving her NP, Karen worked in labor and delivery at Newton-Wellesley Hospital for 25 years. She also has a special interest in breast health and is providing consultation and genetic testing to our high-risk for breast cancer patients.
In addition to her office responsibilities, Karen also teaches virtual childbirth classes for the practice.
